Relay for Life – Soul Survivors

Today found us at Emma’s home giving a demonstration of clairvoyance to her family and friends. Their loved ones in spirit soon joined us to give evidence of survival of the physical death. The event raised $235 and Emma requested this money be donated to Relay for Life – Soul Survivors. Tonight we were at Leigh’s home demonstrating clairvoyance and spirit family, as always, gave evidence that they are alive and well and they come around us as we journey on without them. There were tears and laughter as loved ones made themselves known to those present. The evening raised $390 and this money is to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House at the request of those present.

Heartkids

This afternoon we were at Trish’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance. It was what I call, a challenging demo, although spirit certainly gave evidence of their survival. Everything happens for a reason as they say and I’m sure there was a purpose for the difficulty encountered this afternoon. The event raised $210 and Trish requested this money be donated to Heartkids.

Peter Mac (Prostate Cancer Research)

Tonight we were at Megan’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance for her friends. They were a lively crowd and there was plenty of laughter and some tears as spirit family connected and gave evidence of their survival. The evening raised $300 and this money is to be donated to Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre for research into treating Prostate Cancer. A big thank you to all who attended Megan’s fundraiser.

Fred Hollows Foundation

This afternoon found us at Mel’s home giving a demonstration of clairvoyance to her family and friends. Spirit family joined us and gave evidence that they are alive and well and watching their loved ones on the earth plane. There was lots of laughter and tears as well, as those present were reminded of loved ones who had returned home to the spirit world. The afternoon raised $300 and Mel requested that this money be donated to the Fred Hollows Foundation.

Lung Cancer Foundation

Tonight we were at Jacquie’s for a demonstration of clairvoyance for family and friends. As always spirit family joined us to give evidence of their survival of the physical death. The evening raised $360 and Jacquie requested this money be donated to the Lung Cancer Foundation.

Miscarriage Information and Support Service

Today we’re at Melissa’s home for demonstration of clairvoyance, when spirit family gave evidence of their survival of the physical, and to let loved ones know they see what is happening in their lives. The event raised $270 which is to be donated to M.I.S.S. A charity that gives support to families who have suffered a miscarriage. Thank you everyone who supported Melissa’s fund raiser.

Headspace

What a crowd there was at Katie’s this evening, all waiting for a link up with loved ones. There was plenty of laughter which I’m sure will have been shared with family in the spirit world. It was also lovely to reunite Dave with his beloved wife who proved she is with him still. The evening raised $470 and Katie requested that this money be donated to Headspace

Days for Girls

What a great night we had with Karen and her friends tonight. They created lots of positive energy with their laughter, and the spirit world responded by giving wonderful evidence of their survival of the physical death. The evening raised $460 and Karen requested that this money be donated to the charity Days for Girls. A big thank you to you all, for supporting Karen’s fundraising event. It was lovely chatting with everyone over a delicious supper and we hope to see you again sometime in the future.

Choppers Mission

This afternoon we were at Jacquie’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance for family and friends. Spirit joined us and gave evidence of their survival of the physical death. The event raised $270 and this is to be donated to Choppers Mission, a charity that helps elephants. A big thank you to all who supported this fundraiser.

Breast Cancer Foundation

This lunch time we were at Jess’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance for her family and friends. Loved ones in spirit quickly joined us and there was lots of laughter and tears as they gave evidence to prove their survival. The event raised $380 and Jess requested this be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation. A big thank you to all who came along to support Jess’s fundraising event.

SOI Dogs

Tonight we were at Caroline’s home to demonstrate clairvoyance for her family and friends. The evening was a great success and spirit family were keen to let us know that they were alive and well, and very aware of what is happening in their loved ones lives. The evening raised $240 and this money is to be donated to SOI dogs at Caroline’s request. Thank you everyone who supported Caroline this evening in raising this much needed money.

Peter Mac – Breast Cancer Research 

Last night we were at Hayley’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance for her family and friends. The evening raised $240 and Hayley has requested that this money be donated to Peter MacCallum breast cancer research. We wish to thank everyone who supported Hayley in her fundraising event.

This afternoon we were at Kristy’s home delivering a demonstration of clairvoyance for her family and friends. The afternoon raised $310 and at Kristy requested this money be donated to Braveheart, a very worthy charity.

Fred Hollows Foundation

This evening we were at Jasmine’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance. Spirit came through with evidence that provoked both laughter and tears. The evening raised $395 and Jasmine has requested that this money be donated to Fred Hollows a charity that helps people regain their eyesight. A big thank you to everyone who supported Jasmine’s fundraiser.

Animals Asia, Animals Australia, OXFAM and The Smith Family

As a result of our ongoing fund-raising activities Journey With Spirit has just donated $100 to each of the following charities; Animals Asia, Animals Australia, OXFAM and The Smith Family. Thanks go to all who continue to support us.

Tonight we were in Dandenong for a demonstration for Helen’s family and friends. Spirit gave good evidence of their survival causing laughter and tears in response. The evening raised $550 and this money is to be donated to The Fred Hollowes charity at Helen’s request.

Animals Asia and Aussie Farmers

Today was our charity event at Mornington and what a lovely afternoon we had lots of laughter and tears as loved ones on both sides of life reconnected. Spirit family gave good evidence of their survival of the physical death which always blows me away. The event raised $750 and this money will be divided equally between Animals Asia and Aussie Farmers. A big thank you to everyone who supported Journey With Spirit today. Our next charity event will be around August and we look forward to seeing you then.

Tonight were at Lisa’s home for a demo of clairvoyance for family and friends. Spirit as always gave their evidence to let loved ones know they have survived the physical death. Love Your Sister Foundation

This afternoon we were at Kathie’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance. Spirit loved ones came through straight away giving excellent evidence to their loved ones on earth. It’s so wonderful to see people’s faces when information comes through that I could only have learned about from their family on the other side. The event raised $380 and Kathie has requested that this money be donated to the charity Love Your Sister. A big thank you to everyone who supported Kathie’s fundraising event today.

Wildlife Warriors

This evening we were at Theresa’s home, unexpectedly, for a demonstration of clairvoyance for family and friends. So happy to say that loved ones came through loud and clear to let their family on the earth plane know they have survived the physical death and are alive and well on the other side. One loved one said he was up a gum tree and evidently he was having a great time!! The evening raised $270 and this money is to be donated to the charity Wildlife Warriors at the family’s request. Cancer Council of Victoria 

This afternoon we were at Angela’s home to deliver a demonstration of clairvoyance to family and friends. As always their loved ones came along to let them know all is well. The event raised $270 and Angela has requested this money be donated to the Cancer Council of Victoria.

Ovarian Cancer Australia 

Tonight we were at Meghan’s home to present a demonstration of clairvoyance to her family and friends. As always, spirit promptly arrived and evidence of their survival was given. The evening raised $290 and this money is to be donated to Australia Ovarian Cancer to help fight this terrible disease.

RSPCA

Tonight we were at Susan’s home delivering a demonstration of clairvoyance. As always, spirit family members soon made their presence known as they delivered evidence of their survival of the physical death. The evening raised $240 and this money will be donated to the RSPCA at Susan’s request.

Ronald McDonald House

This afternoon we made our way to Altona North to do a demonstration of clairvoyance for Veronica’s friends and family. The afternoon went well and loved ones came through and certainly made themselves known with all their ailments thrust upon me LOL! The afternoon raised $600 and at Veronica’s request, this money is to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House, a charity for children. Safety Beach Marine Rescue

ThisThis evening we were at Carre’s home delivering a demonstration of clairvoyance for her friends. Spirit family joined us and gave evidence that they had survived the physical death by giving information of situations that were happening in the lives of their loved ones on the earth plane. The evening raised $210 and Carre has requested that this money be donated to Safety Beach Marine Rescue who I’m sure, will be pleased to receive this donation.

Rosebud Hospital

This afternoon we gave a demonstration of clairvoyance in Rosebud for Melissa and her family and friends. The afternoon went well and lots of good evidence came through from their spirit families. The communications caused both laughter and tears and spirit will be very happy that they managed to reconnect with loved ones on the earth plane. The afternoon raised $280 and at Melissa’s request, this money is to be donated to the Rosebud hospital. 

Peter Mac

Tonight we were at Dana’s home to deliver a demonstration of clairvoyance for family and friends. The energy started well, but we all soon waned due to the hot weather. This didn’t deter spirit family from coming along to prove their survival of the physical death with plenty of evidence. The evening raised $290 and this money will be donated to Peter MacCallum’s research in to osteosarcoma. Thank you everyone who attended this evening to raise much needed funds for this great organization. 

OXFAM

Tonight we were at Mount Evelyn Community Hall, giving a demonstration of clairvoyance at a charity event for Oxfam, organized by Kallie and her friends. There was very good energy in the hall and this enabled lots of accurate information to come through from the spirit world. As spirit family gave evidence to prove their survival of the physical death, there was lots of laughter and tears. I’m sure there was rejoicing in the spirit world also, knowing they had managed to get their message across. The evening raised $720 for Oxfam and we would like to thank all those who attended the event to support Kallie and her friends.

Mums Supporting Families in Need

This afternoon we were at Marnie’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance for her family and friends. The demo went well with loved ones coming through quite strong. Some of them not wanting to actually leave!!! There was plenty of laughter and a few tears as they gave their evidence. The event raised $360 and Marnie has requested that this be donated to Mums Supporting Families in Need. Thank you everyone who supported Marnie’s fundraiser. 

Indi’s Fight

There was a good crowd of family and friends at Teigan’s home tonight for the demonstration of clairvoyance. Family members in the world of spirit joined us and gave evidence of their survival, although they were a bit quiet at times! The evening raised $560 and Teigan has requested that this money be donated to Indi’s Fight, to help a little girl with major challenges. A big thank you to all who attended this evening to help Teigan raise this much needed money.

Motor Neurone Disease – Garvan Institute

This afternoon we were at Tam’s home to demonstrate clairvoyance for her family and friends. Spirit joined us and were soon giving evidence to confirm that they had survived the physical death and were now in the spirit world. The afternoon raised $330 and Tam has requested that this money be donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Foundation for research in to the disease. A big thank you to all who attended this afternoon to support Tam raise money for this very worthy charity.

Dogs for Kids with Disabilities 

Well Emma, another wonderful turnout by your family and friends. Spirit joined us as always and there was lots of laughter and a few tears as they gave evidence of their survival. The evening raised a grand total of $590 and Emma has requested that this money be donated to Dogs for Kids with Disability, a very worthy charity. A big thank you to everyone who came along to support Emma raise this money.

Miscarriage Information Support Service (M.I.S.S.)

We were invited to Melissa’s home this afternoon to give a demonstration of clairvoyance to her family and friends. We had two gentlemen present and spirit always seem to reward the men with a link. I never get tired of their reactions to the information given LOL! The event raised $265 and this is to be donated to M.I.S.S. (Miscarriage Information Support Services) at Melissa’s request. Thank you all who attended and supported Melissa with her fundraising for this very worthy cause.

Make A Wish Foundation 

Thank you Jill for your invitation to give a demonstration of clairvoyance for your friends. Some very good information came through and I am sure this evidence enabled people to realise their loved ones in spirit are still around them and are still very interested in what is happening as they journey on without their physical presence. The evening raised $270 and Jill has requested that this be donated to the children’s charity Make A Wish. Thank you to all who attended in support of Jill’s fundraiser.

Journey With Spirit donations

As a result of our fund-raising activities this year in particular the proceed from our 2 Day Workshops, we are pleased to announce that we have just donated $200.00 to each of the following charities: The Fred Hollow Foundation, Movember, The Smith Family, OXFAM, the Australian Animal Protection Society and The Koala Foundation all of which do amazing charitable work.

Charity Event

Our last charity event for 2018 went off smoothly this afternoon. It was not without some difficulty due to untoward, negative energy in the room, but it didn’t stop spirit from getting evidence of their survival through to loved ones. We had lots of laughter as well which we all love, including the spirit world. There was also some lovely food enjoyed by all present, including myself! The afternoon raised $733 and this money is to be donated to Animals Australia and Animals Asia who fight for the rights of animals in Australia and around the world. We wish to thank you all for coming along and supporting this fundraising event. Without you this would not be possible. Carole would also like to thank you all for your birthday wishes and the birthday cake that was extremely rich! I think I will be having to run (or more likely walk) around the block a few times to get rid of the calories!! We look forward to seeing you again in 2019!

Jack’s Cause

Tonight we were at Cally’s for a demonstration of clairvoyance for family and friends. We had a good night with lots of great evidence given by loved ones in the spirit world confirming that they have survived the physical death. Today we were at Cate’s home this delivering a demonstration of clairvoyance for her family and friends. We also had two young men in the group which was very nice. Spirit always seem to link with the men and one of them (a sceptic) received wonderful evidence from a spirit family member. Good on ya’ spirit!! The afternoon raised $240 and this money is to be donated to Indie’s Fight Against INAD. This is the second time we have had the privilege of helping this beautiful little girl and we wish her and her family the very best with their fight for treatment.

CMB Australia – Tsunami Appeal

Journey With Spirit has donated $250 to CMB Australia to support their appeal to help survivors of the tsunami in the Indonesian Island of Sumatra.

Dandy Cat Rescue

It was quite an afternoon as I felt I needed medical attention at one point LOL!!! Some very unusual information came through that was very evidential. We were at Georgia’s home again and it was lovely to meet up with people who have supported Journey With Spirit in the past. The afternoon raised $390 and Georgia has requested that this money be donated to the mental health charity Head Space. I am sure they will be really happy with this donation.

Peter Mac Cancer Centre

Last night we were at Rochelle’s house for a demonstration of clairvoyance. Although evidence was received from loved ones in the spirit world to prove they are alive and watching their loved ones from another dimension, the evening was difficult. I explained to those present what the problem was and this was later confirmed to me by my spirit guides. My spirit guides were having difficulty relaying information to me because they were being blocked. This was very unfortunate and has not happened to me before and hopefully won’t again. The evening raised $330 and Rochelle requested this money be donated to the Peter Mac Cancer Centre to help their fight against bowel cancer.

RSPCA Cupcake Fundraiser

We wish to thank everyone who attended this event to raise money for abused animals in Victoria. We had an awesome turnout, with approximately 40 people joining us. There was lots of laughter which I am sure spirit loved ones enjoyed as well. A few tears were shed but again tears that acknowledged the love bond still connecting family members in different dimensions. Spirit family came through with evidence of their survival and it was lovely to see the happy faces of their loved ones who are still on their journey on the earth plane. The event raised a wonderful $1,027 and this will be winging it’s way to the RSPCA on Monday morning. Without your ongoing support raising money for very worthy charities, would not be possible. We hope you all had a wonderful afternoon, as Hannah and I did and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Indie’s Fight

This evening we were at Sue’s home delivering a demonstration of clairvoyance. Evidence came through very quickly from loved ones in the spirit world and it was great to reunite family members. The event raised $550 and this money is to be donated to Indy’s Fight, which is supporting a young family coping with a terminally ill little girl. Our prayers are with this little girl and her mum as they fight to get treatment that may help Indy’s condition. Thank you everyone for coming along and supporting Sue in her fundraising for Indy. Fire Fighters’ Charity Fund

Our thanks go to Samantha for inviting us into her home to present a demonstration of clairvoyance for family and friends. There was quite a few tears as loved ones in spirit connected with family members to let them know they are still alive and will and are around them and watching as they travel on their own life’s journey. The event raised $240 which is being donated to the Fire Fighters Charity Fund to help the men and women who provide such an important and essential community service.

Well it was a really good crowd at Emma’s home. The energy was positive which enabled the spirit world to make a strong connection. We thank Amanda for hosting a demonstration of clairvoyance at her home for family and friends. There was a large crowd awaiting our arrival at Lucy’s home. They were waiting to be reunited with their loved ones in the spirit world. Our thanks go to Ramona for the invitation to deliver a demonstration of clairvoyance for her family and friends. We had good evidence given by spirit family members and once again Cari came through providing evidence of her survival of the physical death and was dancing around quite happily in her tutu. Thank you Fran for inviting us into your home for a demonstration of clairvoyance. I have to say it was a difficult evening and hearing the spirit world was not easy. As result of the workshops Journey With Spirit conducted this year we’ve been able to donate a total of $1,200 to these very worthwhile charities. With your ongoing support at these and other events we hold during the year we will continue our ‘coin of service’ for spirit.

The Ayva and Jorja Crennan Trust Fund 

We were invited to Gail’s home to present a demonstration of clairvoyance for her family and friends. We had lots of excellent evidence given by loved ones in the spirit world. who were pleased to be able to communicate with their family on earth. There was plenty of laughter and some tears and I am sure those in the spirit would have shared the same emotions. The evening raised $450 and at Gail’s request, this money is to be donated to the Ayva and Jorja Foundation. Hannah and I are happy that we were able to help raise this much needed donation for these two young girls who have a very rare condition that requires full-time care. A big thank you to all those who attended this evening’s event to support Gail raise funds for the girls.

Carrie Bickmore’s Beanies for Brain Cancer

Thank you for your invitation to your home Robyn, to demonstrate clairvoyance for family and friends. It was a little difficult but spirit loved ones did manage to get through with information to prove they have survived the physical death and to also let you know that they are around you watching as you continue your journey on the earth. The evening raised $280 and Robyn requested that this money be donated to Carrie Bickmore’s Beanies for Brain Cancer.

Eating Disorder Foundation of Victoria 

We had a lovely afternoon with Helen and her family and friends. Their spirit family came through as always, and gave wonderful evidence of their survival of the physical death. There were tears but plenty of laughter which we always enjoy. I was so pleased that Helen’s little daughter in spirit hitched a ride with us on the way to her mum’s and made us aware of her presence. She was very happy to be a part of the gathering. The afternoon raised $580 and Helen has asked this be donated to The Eating Disorder Foundation of Victoria and I am sure they will be very pleased with this very generous donation. Thank you everyone who attended this event to support Helen in raising much needed funds for her charity. It is always an honour and a privilege to reunite families and to prove to those on the earth plane that their loved ones walk with them still.

Pug Rescue and Adoption Service

Thank you Lynne for inviting us to your home to demonstrate clairvoyance for family and friends. As always, spirit came through with evidence of their survival of the physical death. It is so comforting to know that they are around us still, watching what is happening in our lives as we continue our journey on the earth plane. Emma hosted her third demonstration of clairvoyance to lots of her friends. It was a great crowd and they were very lively! Spirit family soon came through but it was quite confusing at times and I am sure, the spirit world, although this resulted in lots of laughter and that’s what the spirit world love. The evening raised a whopping $685 and at Emma’s request this will be donated to Dogs for Kids with Disability. This is a very worthy charity and we are sure they will be very pleased with this sizeable donation. Thank you everyone who came along to support Emma’s fundraising evening. We were joined by loved ones from the spirit world, who gave evidence that they were alive and well and were still very interested in what was happening to their family on the earth plane. Thanks go to Belinda, who invited us into her home in Endeavour Hills for a demonstration of clairvoyance with her family and friends. WOW how confusing it was with seven members of one family in the room! Poor Hannah was struggling, as I was, with grandma, granddad (aka mum and dad), uncles (aka brothers) coming through to give evidence of their survival. Laughter and tears were shared during the afternoon and I am sure loved ones in the spirit world enjoyed being able to reconnect. The afternoon event raised $300 and this will be donated to the Cancer Council of Victoria at Belinda’s request. We attended Wendy’s home last night to give a demonstration of clairvoyance to her family and friends. As always, spirit soon made their presence known and evidence of their survival of the physical death was given. We are always so pleased to see the faces of those present, light up when that special loved one comes along to join the party. We were invited to Samantha’s home and it was lovely to see her once again. It was a lively crowd and Spirit soon joined us to enjoy the laughter. Their communications brought reassurance to their loved ones still on their earth journey, that they were alive and well. The evening raised $270 and at Samantha’s request, this money is to be donated to The White Knight Foundation, a charity that raises awareness about youth violence and assists victims of crime in their rehabilitation. NeuRA Foundation

Thank you Debbie for inviting us into your home to deliver a demonstration of clairvoyance for your family and friends. The evening went well and spirit family did not disappoint, coming through with evidence of their survival of the physical death. They also let everyone know that they were very interested in their families’ progress on the earth plane. The event raised $270 and Debbie has asked for this money to be donated to the NeuRA Foundation, who work to discover, conquer and cure diseases of the brain. The Smith Family and the Orangutan Project 

We would like to thank everyone who attended our Charity Event during which many of the audience received some very evidential information from their loved ones in spirit proving once again that they are alive and well in another dimension. The event raised $750 which will be divided equally between The Smith Family supporting Australian children in need and those very dedicated volunteers who work to save the environment enabling the survival of the orangutan.

We thank Kylie and Shane for inviting us to demonstrate clairvoyance for their family and friends. The evening was a success as family members in spirit brought through evidence that they are still alive and well in another dimension. Some of the information was presented in a very humorous way which is great because laughter is wonderful no matter which side of life you are on. A whopping $700 was raised and this money is to be donated to the Emer Casey Foundation, which raises much needed funds to carry on important research in to a more effective treatment of ovarian cancer. This is being led by the Peter McCallum Cancer Centre. The Emer Casey Fun Run is also planned for the 27 May and we wish them good weather and lots of participants. We would like to thank everyone who attended the evening’s demonstration in support of this very worthy cause.

Alannah and Madeline Foundation

We would like to thank Mandy for her invitation to hold a demonstration of clairvoyance in her home. There was a good crowd and their loved ones in spirit did join us. I think it was a bit cooler where they were to where we were sitting LOL!! They gave evidence to confirm they had survived the physical death and I am sure they were very happy to be able to do this. It was lovely to be at Vanessa’s home once again to deliver a demonstration of clairvoyance to her friends. We were invited into Meredith’s home for a demonstration of clairvoyance. We were only a small group, but spirit did not disappoint and came through with evidence of their survival of the physical death. However, some of the spirits did not want to share and somewhat hogged the afternoon! A total of $150 was raised and Meredith has requested that this money be donated to Hand in Hand Fighting Brain Cancer, a very worthy charity.

Heartfelt 

It was lovely to receive another invitation by Adrianna to do a demonstration of clairvoyance for her friends. It was great to see so many young people at the event and as always it was well attended by their loved ones. There were tears but that is to be expected when families are reunited. Tonight these beautiful spirits proved their survival of the physical death and we thank them for joining us this evening. A big thank you to everyone who supported Adrianna in her quest to raise money for Heartfelt, a very worthy charity. A donation of $360 will be winging its way to Heartfelt and I am sure it will be well received.

Frankston Peninsula Carers Inc.

This small group of volunteers are raising money to building accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula for people with an intellectual disability. Their particular concern are the children of elderly parents who have spent 30 or more years caring for their son or daughter at home and who are no longer able to care for them. The latest proposal is to build a home at McCrae for six people with an intellectual disability and to provide 24 hour care. Journey With Spirit is pleased to be able to donate $200 to this very worthwhile project. 

Frankston Hospital

Your family and friends were soon connected with their loved ones in the spirit world and proof of their survival of the physical death was given. We travelled to Lilydale, where Kallie was holding a fundraiser for Oxfam. Loved ones in the spirit world soon came through with wonderful evidence of their survival of the physical death. Tears and laughter were aplenty and the evening was enjoyed by all. The event raised $1,050 for Kallie and her co-trail walkers for their 100km trek!

Alzheimer’s Association

Thank you Alana for inviting Journey With Spirit to your home for a demonstration of clairvoyance. It was lovely to meet your family and friends and I was pleased to make the acquaintance of the spirit family of those present. Carole was delighted to deliver evidence of their survival of the physical death and to let their loved ones know that they come around them and are still very aware of what is happening in their lives. Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal

We spent the evening at Lisa’s home demonstrating clairvoyance to her family and friends. There was plenty of laughter and some tears as spirit loved ones reconnected with their family. Everyone enjoyed hearing evidence of their survival of the physical death and to know that they are alive and well in the spirit world. The afternoon raised $500 and this money will be donated to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal at Lisa’s request. Thank you to all who attended and I hope that this afternoon has given you food for thought about the spirit world and how it interacts with you as you live out your life on the earth.

Blue Ribbon Foundation – Fighting PTSD/Victoria Police

Last night we were at Karen’s home to give a demonstration of clairvoyance to her family and friends. We were soon joined by their loved ones who now abide in the spirit world and it wasn’t long before the laughter started. Although they are now on the other side, they still enjoy a good laugh. They did however, challenge me with the nursery rhymes and I now understand that Tennessee means more than a state in America! We enjoyed the evening and were pleased that $420 was raised by those present. At Karen’s request, this will now be donated to the Blue Ribbon Foundation, a charity which supports police officers experiencing PTSD.

Animals Asia, The Orangutan Project and the Keysborough Animal Shelter

As a result of Journey With Spirit’s activities throughout the year, we have been able to donate a further $250 to each of these charities for the wonderful work they do supporting animals both locally and abroad. We hope with your ongoing support Journey With Spirit will continue to work with Spirit for Spirit in 2018 to raise money for these and many other worthwhile charities.

Clean As Casper

Another crowd of Sally’s family and friends gathered for a second Demonstration of Clairvoyance during which spirit made themselves known and in particular to one family! Despite the difficulties , spirit didn’t disappoint and brought through some amazingly correct information. The event raised $300 which has been donated to Clean as Casper for which they have been truly grateful. 

Diabetes Australia

A small group of Lisa’s friends attended a Demonstration of Clairvoyance at her home where information from the Spirit world was given to those who attended. Once again the information that was passed on proved to be extremely accurate confirming that our loved ones remain close to us even though they have physically left us. The evening raised $150 which has been donated to a very worthwhile charity, Diabetes Australia. 

Clean As Casper

A large group of family and friends joined Sally for a Demonstration of Clairvoyance and in spite of the difficulties caused by low energy levels a number of guests received some amazing messages from their loved ones in spirit bringing plenty of laughs and a few tears for those present. The night raised a whopping $630 which Sally paid directly to Clean As Casper charity whose volunteers provide access to showers and laundry facilities to the homeless in our community. 

Salvation Army – Giving Tree Appeal

Many thanks to Jodie and Louise for organising this evening’s demonstration of clairvoyance, held at Jodie’s home. The event was well attended by family and friends and as always, their loved ones on the other side joined us for an evening of communication. Lots of evidence of their survival of the physical death was given and accepted, which resulted in laughter and tears. The evening raised $381 and this money will be donated to the Salvation Army’s Giving Tree Appeal.

Charity event in aid of the Australian Red Cross Food Crisis in East Africa

A big thank you to all who attended the above event. It proved to be a great afternoon with lots of laughter, a wonderful spread of food (courtesy of our awesome volunteers) and most importantly, evidence of survival of the physical death provided by the loved ones of those present, who have returned home. The event raised $1,170 which will be winging its way to the charity on Monday morning! 

We would like to thank the fledgling mediums, oracle card reader and reiki practitioner for volunteering their time for free. Also our thanks to the ladies who provided the food and the Manhattan staff who were most helpful. The venue is great.

National Heart Foundation

We were invited to Carrie’s home this afternoon to demonstrate clairvoyance to her friends. It was a tough gig, although the energy of the ladies present was good. Spirit did come through with evidence of their survival and at one point I felt I needed a stretcher and an appointment at the ER department of Frankston LOL!! The afternoon raised $140 and this will be donated to the National Heart Foundation at Carrie’s request. Thank you ladies for supporting Carrie today. It was good to see a few of our “groupies” and we look forward to meeting up in the future.

RSPCA – Pearcedale

Today we met with Gabriella and her friends and family for a demonstration of clairvoyance. Spirit came through and gave plenty of evidence of their survival of the physical death. Knowing loved ones are alive and well in another dimension is very comforting. The afternoon raised $200 and this money is to be donated to the RSPCA at Pearcedale at Gabriella’s request. Thank you to all who attended and supported this charity today.

Variety Bash

A lively evening was spent at the Poppy Cafe in Croydon where a larger than usual crowd welcomed Spirit who didn’t fail to disappoint with evidence of their survival. Amid lots of laughs and a few tears the event raised $730 all of which has been donated to the 2017 Variety Bash which will go toward supporting children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs. Special thanks go to Louise and her volunteers for making the night such a success. 

OXFAM

Our thanks goes to one of our supporters had a lucky run on the Pokies and generously donated $100 to Journey With Spirit. At the donor’s request, we’ve sent a cheque to Oxfam for this amount to support their work providing clean drinking water for poor communities in South-East Asia.

Peter Mac

A group of family and friends attended an Evening of Clairvoyance at Brooke’s home where some pretty amazing information came through from loved ones in Spirit. There were lots of laughs and a few tears as much-loved family members confirmed that they’re still around helping their family on their chosen journey. A cheque for $285 is on its way to Peter Mac to support their magnificent work by helping people suffering from cancer.

Animal Charities

The Charity Event hosted for Journey With Spirit was well-attended and Spirit didn’t disappoint! Spirit made it known to everyone who attended that they are still ‘alive and well’. Our thanks go to everyone who came along to support the event which raised $315. This amount will be divided up with an equal amount sent to The Orangutan Project, SOI Dogs, The Keysborough Animal Shelter and Australian Animal Welfare.

RSPCA – Pearcedale

The Evening of Clairvoyance held at Kelly’s home was certainly a challenge but regardless of this, Spirit didn’t disappoint and proved their existence once again! The event raised $240 which has been donated to the RSPCA at Pearcedale to support the wonderful work they do caring for lost, sick and injured animals.

Dogs for Kids with Disabilities

What a fantastic night we had at Emma’s home where family and friends gathered to receive information from their loved ones who’d returned home to spirit. There was lots of laughter and a few tears, when a beloved grandmother, who had only passed over a week ago, came through to let her granddaughter know she was safe and well! Truly amazing! The event raised $570 which has been designated for this wonderful organisation who train puppies to become loving companions for children with disabilities.

Save The Children Fund – Syrian Appeal 

The Charity Event which was held on 29 April was well attended and we thank all those who came along to support this fund-raising event. This occasion was no exception where Spirit made its presence felt with many in the audience receiving confirmation that their loved ones remain part and parcel of their everyday life here on the earth plane. The event raised $628 which will be donated to Save The Children Fund – Syrian Appeal.

Make A Wish Foundation

A second invitation from Georgia was accepted to present an Evening of Clairvoyance. Despite some healthy scepticism that was made known to everyone present right at the outset, Spirit didn’t disappoint by bringing forward some pretty specific information which removed any doubt about ‘life after death’ once and for all! Even the youngsters present were also reassured that ‘Snowy’ their pet rabbit, was alive and well in the world of spirit.

Alzheimer’s Association & Forever Friends

A lively group of family and friends gathered at Vermont for an Afternoon of Clairvoyance hosted by Belinda. Carole passed on some amazing information from spirit to many who attended where there was lots of laughter a few tears. The event raised $420 which has been equally divided and donated to the Alzheimer’s Association and Forever Friends for the wonderful work each of these organisations perform.

Our thanks go to Vanessa and Mel once again for organising and hosting another Evening of Clairvoyance at Mornington. Despite the difficulties encountered by Carole the information that was passed from Spirit to those present was accurate and to the point. On this occasion the Pompe Association has benefitted from the event with a donation of $270 being donated to them.

Michelle chose Biala, a charity which provides respite for parents of children with disability, to receive the $330 which was raised from the afternoon’s event.

Salvation Army and Relay for Life

A fantastic event held at The Knox School was attended by a large group of parents and friends of students. Once again spirit connected with those who attended bringing forth some pretty amazing information. The event raised just over $1,700 which will be donated to the Salvation Army’s Giving Tree to buy Christmas gifts for underprivileged children living in the Knox area as well as Relay for Life to support those suffering from cancer.

Heartfelt 

For the third time Adrianna invited family and friends to her Mt Martha home and once again spirit didn’t disappoint those who attended. The information that came through was truly amazing! The event raised $220 which has been forwarded to Heartfelt to assist them in the wonderful work they do for parents who have lost a child.

Epworth Hospital – chemotherapy treatment 

A large group of friends gathered at the Kilsyth Hotel to raise money for their friend Jane, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment at the Epworth Hospital at Box Hill. Spirit rose to the occasion once again to enable Carole to pass on some extraordinary details to those who attended the Afternoon of Clairvoyance. The event raised $1,050 which will go towards the cost of Jane’s ongoing drug therapy which is not on the PBS which means the cost has to be borne by the patient. Journey With Spirit is happy to attend another event to help raise more funds for Jane’s treatment.

Maddie Rewoldt’s Vision

Another amazing evening of clairvoyance was held which amazed a few sceptics who were in the audience as Carole brought forward information from loved ones in Spirit. Our thanks go to Karen for organising the event and to Dean and Joe for opening up their East Malvern home and acting as hosts on the night. The night raised $305 which has been sent to the Maddie Rewoldt’s Foundation to continue the valuable research into blood disorders.

Animal charities

Thank you to everyone who attended our Charity Event on 21 August. The Demonstration of Clairvoyance given by Carole Pixton raised $560 which was increased to $665 as a result of a private donation. The proceeds will be divided equally between the SOI Dogs Association, the International Fund for Animal Welfare, the Keysborough Animal Rescue Service and the Orangutan Project who will each receive a cheque for $165. A big ‘thank you’ to the management of the AMSTEL Golf Club for providing a Function Room (including afternoon tea) free of charge.

Committee donations

At our most recent meeting of the committee of management it was agreed to donate $250 to each of the following charities:

Save the Children Fund (Syrian Appeal), the International Fund for Animal Welfare, the Make a Wish Foundation, the Keysborough Animal Centre, the Alannah & Madeline Foundation and Edgar’s Mission Animal Rescue service. 

These donations have been made possible as a result of your ongoing support by attending our Afternoons of Mental and Physical Mediumship. The next one is scheduled for 29 May 2016 – details can be found on the Events page.

The Kampuchea House

The Charity Night attracted quite a number of new faces many of whom witnessed a Demonstration of Clairvoyance for the first time. Spirit didn’t disappoint the audience by bringing through evidence of survival. Those who booked to have a private reading also received confirmation that there is much more to this life than is first believed. The event raised $1,150 which will provide support and assistance to those working at the Cambodian orphanage caring for homeless children. Thank you to all who attended to support this very worthwhile charity.

Guide Dogs Victoria

Danielle’s family and friends gathered together at Frankston South for an Afternoon of Clairvoyance full of laughter and banter. Once again Spirit succeeded in bringing forth an amazing amount of detail and information for those present who found it a very uplifting experience.  

Cancer Council of Victoria 

Following another successful Demonstration of Clairvoyance at Kellie’s home in Lysterfield, we’re pleased to say that a cheque for $280 is on its way to the Relay for Life program in support of the Cancer Council of Victoria. The event produced an amazing amount of information from spirit for those who attended, proving once again that our loved ones remain with us on our personal journey throughout our lives. 

Beyond Blue

Simone’s family and friends could hardly believe what they were hearing, as Spirit brought through information for members of the audience who attended the Afternoon of Clairvoyance held at Simone’s Bittern home. It was truly amazing! The event raised $140 which is being donated to Beyond Blue for the wonderful work the organisation undertakes for people in the community suffering from depression. 

OXFAM

Our first Evening of Clairvoyance for 2016 was held at Lorraine’s Mornington home which was attended by family and friends with some pretty amazing information brought forward from Spirit. The event raised $180 which has been donated to OXFAM to provide clean drinking water for a south-east Asian community where women and children currently trek several miles a day to source a supply. 

Animal Charities

Journey With Spirit has received a very generous donation from a dedicated animal lover who has asked us to forward the money to a number of animal charities. The $400 donation has been divided up between Animals Asia, The International Fund for Animal Welfare, SOI Dogs, The Orang-utan Project/Crises and Australia for Dolphins. Our thanks go to the donor who clearly cares passionately about animals and their wellbeing. 

Salvation Army’s ‘Giving Tree Appeal’

Journey With Spirit Inc. held its final Charity Night for 2015 at the Burrunja Café in Upwey. This event was organised by Louise to support the fund-raising efforts of the Grade 5 & 6 students at The Knox School where her son attends. Each year the students raise money to donate to the Salvation Army’s Giving Tree Appeal which is used to purchase Christmas presents for disadvantaged children living in Knox and surrounding areas. With 60 parents and friends in attendance, the event raised a whopping $1,665 and a cheque for that amount was presented to one of the school teachers who was in the audience. We would like to thank all the volunteers who helped to make the event such a rousing success and we look forward to supporting the students and their fund-raising efforts again next year. 

Lymphoma Australia 

Our thanks go to Adrianna who invited us back to her Mt Martha home for a second Evening of Clairvoyance. Although it wasn’t the easiest of nights, Spirit still managed to bring through a lot of ‘evidence of survival’ for those who attended. The night raised $160 which has been donated to Lymphoma Australia to help those in the community who rely on them for advice and support. 

Cancer Council of Victoria

Another successful Afternoon of Clairvoyance was held at Emma’s home in Frankston amid lots of laughter as well as a few tears. The energy in the room was great with a lot of information from Spirit being passed on to those present. Even those who didn’t receive anything were amazed at the speed and accuracy of the details that came through for their family and friends. The event raised $150 which is being donated to the Cancer Council of Victoria to support a research project into Forgotten Cancers. 

Very Special Kids

Thanks go to Maureen who organised a large crowd to attend an Afternoon of Clairvoyance at her facility in Mt Martha. For various reasons it proved to be a difficult session but nonetheless, Spirit still managed to bring forward evidence of survival for a number of people in the audience. The event raised $460 to support the wonderful work undertaken by Very Special Kids.

Private Sittings

As a result of a number of private sittings undertaken by Carole Pixton, the following organisations have received $100 each: The Orangutan Project, SOI Dogs, Animals Asia and Australia for Dolphins. A further $75 has found its way to the International Animal Welfare Fund as well as Compassion in World Farming. As an animal lover Carole has selected these charities which are supported regularly through these donations.

National Heart Foundation

Following another successful Afternoon of Clairvoyance held at the Chelsea Heights home of Carre, a donation has been sent to the National Heart Foundation to support their invaluable work.

Salvo Care

Spirit didn’t let us down when we were at Robyn’s home in Patterson Lakes, when family and friends gathered to receive some amazing information from their loved ones in spirit, during an Evening of Clairvoyance. The event raised $240 which has been donated to the Salvo Care program which supports women and children who’ve been the victims of domestic violence.

Beyond Blue

Another successful Afternoon of Clairvoyance was held at Michele’s home in Somerville during which loved ones, once again confirmed, that they are ‘alive and well’ and taking an interest in our particular journeys. The afternoon raised $180 which has been donated to Beyond Blue to support the wonderful work they do helping people in the community who are suffering from anxiety and depression. 

COM Donations

At its July meeting, the Committee of Management donated $75 to each of the following organisations: SOI Dogs, The Orang-utan Project, Australia for Dolphins, Animals Asia, Oxfam, SalvoCare, Headspace, CBM Australia. 

Australian Marine Wildlife Research & Rescue Organisation

An excellent Evening of Clairvoyance was held at Baxter on behalf of Amy where so much information came forth from loved ones in spirit. The event raised $140 which has been donated to the Australian Marine Wildlife Research & Rescue Organisation to help the wonderful work they do protecting our marine wildlife. 

Melbourne City Mission Winter Appeal

This event was organised by the JWS committee of management and raised a whopping $900 which has been donated to the Melbourne City Mission Winter Appeal. Our thanks go to all who supported the event especially to Brenda for her Tarot readings and Merl for her Palm readings they gave on the day. 

Cancer Research

Spirit certainly let Amanda’s family and friends know that they were ‘alive and well’ during an Afternoon of Clairvoyance, with a lot of evidence of survival brought forward for those in attendance. The event raised $180 for Cancer research with a cheque on its way to the Peter MacCallum Foundation.

Spirit didn’t disappoint Tayla’s family and friends during An Evening of Clairvoyance as they brought forward information about loved ones who have passed into the world of spirit. The event raised $180 which has been donated to Beyond Blue to help support people in the community who suffer from depression.  

RSPCA

Sometimes it can be confusing for Carole (and Spirit) when members of the one family gather for a Demonstration of Clairvoyance. Nonetheless, a lot of evidence came forth for Kelly’s family from loved ones in Spirit and other guests who received information from Spirit that left them in no doubt that their loved ones still remained a part of their lives despite their passing. The event raised $180 for the RSPCA to assist the wonderful work they do, for and on behalf, of animals in our community.  

The Kids Cancer Project

Thanks go to Georgia for inviting us into her Frankston South home for an another successful Evening of Clairvoyance. Spirit didn’t disappoint those who attended and provided much comfort and reassurance by proving that they still share part of our lives despite their physical absence. A donation of $240 is on its way to those involved in The Kids Cancer Project in NSW.

Guide Dogs Victoria

A large gathering at Julie’s Frankston home were delighted and amazed at the information brought forward by Spirit during another successful Evening of Clairvoyance. The night raised $392 for Guide Dogs of Victoria to help in their valuable work.

RSPCA

We would like to thank Jodie for inviting us into her Mornington home for an Evening of Clairvoyance which brought through much ‘evidence of survival’ from loved ones in spirit. The evening raised $175 which has been donated to the RSPCA to help the wonderful work they do for and on behalf of sick and needy animals in our community. 

Motor Neurone Research

Many thanks Adrianna for inviting us to host an afternoon of clairvoyance at your home for your family and friends. The afternoon raised $180 and at Adrianna’s request, this money has been donated to The Garvan Institute for research in to Motor Neurone disease.

Salvation Army – Women’s & Children’s Shelter

An extraordinary Evening of Clairvoyance was held at Samantha’s Mornington home during which Spirit didn’t disappoint by bringing through information about loved ones who’ve passed over. The comfort it brings to those who remain on the earth plane is so reassuring especially when the passing of their loved one was unexpected and traumatic. The event raised $140 which has gone to a refuge supporting women and children escaping from domestic violence.

Pregnancy Loss Australia Inc.

Chantelle’s home in Baxter was the venue for another successful Evening of Clairvoyance where loved ones in spirit brought forth ‘evidence of survival’. The reassurance that spirit gives is wonderful when we know that the little ones who didn’t survive are safe and well with our loved ones on ‘the other side’. The event raised $120 which will go towards supporting others who are experiencing a similar loss.

Animals Asia and World Animal Protection 

This month Carole Pixton has chosen to donate $200.00 to these charities being the proceeds from a number of bookings for private sittings.

Royal Children’s Hospital

Despite the late start, Spirit didn’t fail to attend an Afternoon of Clairvoyance at Samantha and David’s home in Hastings. Once again, Spirit provided a great deal of evidence of their survival to prove that our loved ones continue to be part of our lives despite the absence of their physical presence. As a result of the successful event, the Royal Children’s Hospital have been sent a cheque for $200.00 at Samantha and David’s request.

Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders)

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold weather to come to Mornington’s Bentons Square to support our Charity Night. The Demonstration of Clairvoyance given by Carole Pixton was once again pretty amazing, as time and again, information from Spirit was passed onto those in the audience. Those who booked tarot and palm readings and one-to-one sittings with our Fledgling Mediums weren’t disappointed either with the details they received from Spirit. In total we raised $870.00 which has been donated to Medecins Sans Frontieres to support the medical assistance they are providing to the Nepalese people affected by the recent earthquake.

Leukaemia Research 

Our thanks go to Meagan for inviting Journey With Spirit back for a follow-up Evening of Clairvoyance which was attended by family and friends. Despite the difficulties the information that was passed from Spirit to those present was very evidential. Meagan selected a charity which supports children with Leukaemia and so a cheque for $130.00 is on its way to the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia and directed to a current research project examining better treatment options for children suffering from this life-threatening condition.

We’re delighted to announce that the money raised from private sittings with Carole will all be donated to charity. For the month May 2015 Journey With Spirit has made a donation to International Fund for Animal Welfare, Animals Asia, Australia for Dolphins and Orang-utans in Crisis. Heartfelt

There was lots of laughter (and a few tears) at Adriana’s Mornington home when another wonderful Evening of Clairvoyance was held for family and friends. The energy in the room was really vibrant with lots of amazing evidence relayed from spirit to those present. Adriana’s charity of choice is Heartfelt with a cheque for $222.00 now on its way to them. 

Forgotten Cancers 

Emma’s family and friends enjoyed an amazing afternoon of laughs, mingled with a few tears, when loved ones in the spirit world made themselves known during An Afternoon of Clairvoyance. We thank Emma for inviting us into her Frankston South home and raising $145.00 for the Cancer Council of Victoria’s project into Forgotten Cancers. 

Breast Cancer Research 

A truly incredible Afternoon of Clairvoyance was held at Jo’s Mornington home where three of her siblings received detailed information from their large family who have passed to the world of spirit. Another set of siblings who also attended had a great deal of confirmation that their loved ones in Spirit still played a part in their lives and were aware of events that had occurred since their passing. The event raised $140.00 which has been donated to The Peter Mac Foundation for Breast Cancer Research. 

Alzheimer’s Australia 

Our thanks go to Lorna for hosting an Afternoon of Clairvoyance at her Botanic Ridge home. Family and friends gathered to receive a great deal of ‘proof of survival’ from loved ones in Spirit. A donation of $120.00  will be made to Alzheimer’s Australia which has been chosen to benefit from today’s event. 

SOI Dogs 

A donation of $210.00 has been forwarded to the SOI Dogs Charity this month, which is the amount Carole Pixton has raised from the first number of private sittings that have been undertaken. All monies raised from private sittings will be donated to one Carole’s favourite animal charities. It’s just another example of working with Spirit for Spirit. 

International Fund for Animal Welfare 

There was lots of good humour and just a few tears at the Evening of Clairvoyance held at Brenda and  Malcom’s home in Botanic Ridge, Cranbourne. Spirit didn’t disappoint the hosts or the invited guests by once again confirming that our loved one’s remain with us despite their physical absence. The event raised $405.00 which is being donated to IFAW to support their amazing work in protecting animals in various countries throughout the world. 

SOI Dogs 

A private donation of $40.00 has been received which JWS has forwarded to the SOI Dogs Foundation at the donor’s request.  The Foundation’s work is focused in Thailand to support homeless animals who are starving, neglected and in poor health. We applaud the wonderful volunteers who give so generously of their time and resources to help these forgotten creatures.

Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation 

With a room full of family and friends at Meagan’s home in Somerville, Spirit once again brought forward an amazing amount of detail to prove they are still around and a part of their loved ones’ lives. The sum of $320.00 was raised and has been donated to a research project into childhood leukaemia being undertaken at Melbourne’s Royal Children’s Hospital.

Demonstration of Clairvoyance  

Another successful Demonstration of Clairvoyance was held at Mornington today. There was lots of laughter following some of the information brought forward from loved ones in Spirit to prove they’re aware of what’s happening in our lives. We’re also guessing that some family members may be asked a few probing questions when those who attended arrive home today.

Royal Children’s Hospital  

Another successful Evening of Clairvoyance held at Holly’s Mornington home brought forth a great deal of ‘evidence if survival’ for family and friends who attended the event. A cheque for $320.00 is on its way to the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation to support their ground-breaking work in caring for children, not only in Victoria, but from other parts of the world.

Bowel Cancer Australia  

An Afternoon of Clairvoyance at Vanessa’s Mornington home brought forth some really amazing evidence of survival for those who attended producing a lot of tears and laughter in equal proportions. The event raised $140.00 for Bowel Cancer Australia for the research, advocacy and support they provide for people suffering from this condition.

National Heart Foundation  

Thanks go to Helen for hosting an Evening of Clairvoyance at her Somerville home where family and friends gathered to raise $155.00 for the National Heart Foundation. Once again ‘evidence of survival’ came forth from loved ones in Spirit to prove that they remain aware of what is happening to us while we live our earthly existence.

Kids’ Cancer Project  

Our Charity Night on October 29th raised a whopping $925.00 to support the clinical trials currently taking place at the Children’s Hospital in Sydney where Gene Therapy has been found to safely deliver much higher doses of chemotherapy that would otherwise be fatal. Our thanks go to everyone who attended, the volunteers, supporters and those who joined us for the first time. Quite a number of those who attended paid an extra $5.00 to have a tarot, palm or coffee-cup reading which helped to boost the total amount raised for this very worthwhile cause. The Demonstration pf Clairvoyance performed by Carole was truly amazing with some incredible proof of survival brought forward from loved ones in Spirit. Once again, a lot of laughter mixed with a few tears made it an extraordinary event.

National Heart Foundation 

A cheque for $190.00 is on its way to the National Heart Foundation following another successful Afternoon of Clairvoyance hosted by Carre at her Patterson Lakes home. The Demonstration performed by Carole in front of family and friends proved once again that our loved ones are still with us and know what’s happening in our everyday lives.

Breast Cancer Research

Although it was the first time Carole has performed an Afternoon of Clairvoyance in an apartment theatrette it proved to be another incredible demonstration of ‘evidence of survival.’ Our thanks go to Franca whose family and friends enjoyed the afternoon and raised $190.00 for Breast Cancer Research. A cheque for that amount is now on its way to the Peter Mac Foundation.

Love Your Sister

Another Afternoon of Clairvoyance was held for family and friends at Kelly’s Mornington home which raised $180.00 for the Love Your Sister campaign to support the Garvan Institute’s research into breast cancer. Our thanks go to Kelly for opening up her home to support this very worthwhile cause.

Chicks for Charity

It was a packed house with 25 in attendance at Louise’s home in Lysterfield where the audience enjoyed another Evening of Clairvoyance. Spirit didn’t let us down with a lot of evidence coming through, proving once again that our loved ones continue to live on in another dimension even though their physical bodies have ceased to exist. The event raised $540.00 which has been donated to the Chicks For Charity Foundation who support individuals and families living in and around the Eastern Suburbs who are facing difficult challenges.

Very Special Kids

It was a privilege to attend a very special Afternoon of Clairvoyance at Pat’s Mt Martha home where Carole connected with her daughter who had passed into the world of Spirit only a month earlier. There were plenty of tears as well as lots of laughter as more and more ‘proof of survival’ was brought forward. Knowing that our loved ones are still part of our lives even though their physical presence can’t be seen provides a great deal of comfort to their loved ones who are grieving for their loss. The event raised $180.00 for Very Special Kids and we are delighted to forward a cheque to this very worthwhile charity. 

Diabetes Foundation

Our thanks go to Jodi for inviting us into her Mornington home for An Afternoon of Clairvoyance. Family and friends who attended received confirmation from their loved ones in Spirit that they continue to share their lives and are still around them to provide with love, support and guidance whenever it’s needed. The event raised $200.00 with a cheque now on its way to the Diabetes Foundation.

Australian Melanoma Research Foundation

A room full of excited faces awaited us when we arrived at Marnie’s Mornington home where family and friends had gathered in anticipation of receiving information from loved ones in Spirit. Those present weren’t disappointed when Spirit once again brought forth evidence of survival that extends beyond our physical presence to provide comfort to those who may be grieving the loss of a loved one.   

Lymphoma Australia

Following an invitation to hold An Evening of Clairvoyance at Bordello’s restaurant in Blackburn owned by Toni and her partner, $330.00 was raised for Lymphoma Australia.  Lots of evidence from Spirit came through for Toni, her friends and family to provide proof that our loved ones remain connected to us even though their physical presence is no longer with us. A special thanks go to Toni’s partner for the pizzas he cooked and served after the demonstration -delicious!  

Breast Cancer Research

Following another successful Afternoon of Clairvoyance at Kate’s home in Mornington, another donation of $175.00 is on its way to the Metastasis Research Laboratory at Peter Mac. Once again it was possible to demonstrate ‘proof of survival’ of loved ones who had passed into the world of Spirit. 

World Vision 40 Hour Famine

We were welcomed back into Jill’s Mornington home for the second time for another Evening of Clairvoyance which generated a donation of $140.00 for World Vision’s 40 hour famine. It was good to see some familiar faces as well as a few new ones and to know from the evidence brought forward that our loved ones in Spirit still share our lives.

World Society for the Protection of Animals 

We would like to thank everyone who attended our Charity Night in aid of WSPA who are fighting to save countless bears who are farmed for their bile throughout parts of South-East Asia. This special event raised $700.00 which has been donated to this very important project. A big ‘thank-you to all those who helped out on the night making this event a great success.

Breast Cancer Research

An Evening of Clairvoyance was held for at Anne-Maree’s Croydon home for family and friends on Friday night which raised $140.00. Once again the chosen charity was the Peter Mac Foundation to support of breast cancer research.

Another successful demonstration of clairvoyance was held at Deborah’s Hampton Park home with lots of laughs and tears. The event raised $385.00 which has been donated to the Youth InSearch Foundation.

An Afternoon of Clairvoyance was held for at Sheree’s Mornington home for family and friends on Saturday afternoon which raised $140.00. Once again the chosen charity was the Peter Mac Foundation to support of breast cancer research.

SumofUS  

The Journey With Spirit Committee of Management has donated $100.00 to the global campaign organised by the SumofUS to protect the habitat of Sumatran orangutan – one of humanity’s closest relatives – from being wiped out. Deforestation in Southeast Asia is pushing the orangutan, the Sumatran tiger, and countless other endangered species to the brink of extinction.

Zaidees’ Rainbow Foundation  

We would like to thank Reannon for holding a Psychic Supper at her workplace in Fitzroy for friends and colleagues. The event raised $160.00 which has been donated to Zaidee’s Rainbow Foundation – an organisation that works to raise community awareness of the importance of organ donation. As a result of seven year old Zaidee’s passing, a number of other children were given the opportunity to go on to live normal lives which was in line with Zaidee’s wishes.

The Animal Rehoming Service 

Journey With Spirit would like to thank Courtney for inviting family and friends into her Highett home for An Evening of Clairvoyance. The proceeds of $230.00 have been forwarded to The Animal Rehoming Service (TARS) which is a charity that rehomes animals for people who can no longer care for their pets such as when an elderly person is admitted into residential care. A very worthwhile cause.

Heart Foundation 

Our thanks go to Tracey for opening up her home in Mt Martha to family and friends for an Evening of Clairvoyance. The event raised $200.00 all of which is being donated to the Heart Foundation. It was great to see a number of young people there who showed great interest in the World of Spirit.

Compassion in World Farming

The Charity night Journey With Spirit held for CIWF raised $400.00. Twice as many people attended than the number we had expected making it a very successful event. We thank all of you who came along and hope you all enjoyed the activities.

Breast Cancer Research

Australian Pompe’s Association

Our thanks go to Vanessa for arranging a Psychic Supper which was held in Melissa’s home in Mornington. Once again some pretty amazing information came through from Spirit for friends and family who attended on the night. The event raised $180.00 which has been directed to the Australian Pompe Association to support those who suffer from the condition.

Cancer Research

Another successful Psychic Supper was held at Jane’s Mornington home where “evidence of survival” from the world of Spirit came through for some of those who attended. The event raised $240.00 which is being donated to a research Program being undertaken at Peter Mac. The Institute is looking for donations to help with its research and we thank Jane and her friends for contributing to this important project. 

Oxfam

Many thanks go to Jill for inviting sixteen of her friends into her home in support of Trudy’s fund-raising efforts for Oxfam. The Psychic Supper generated $320.00 towards the wonderful work carried out by this organisation. 

Breast Cancer Research 

As a result of another successful Psychic Supper held at Tess’s Mornington home, the sum of $200.00 was raised and donated to a research project being conducted at the Peter Mac Centre. Thanks go to all who came along to support this worthwhile fund-raiser.  

Headspace

Thanks go to Melanie for inviting a number of her friends to a Psychic supper which was held at her Mornington home. The event raised $200.00 which has been donated to Headspace, an organisation that provides mental health services to young people who live in and around the Mornington Peninsula.

Helping Hand program

Thanks go to all who attended the Meditation Workshop held on October 5 which raised $274.00 for the Helping Hand program run by the Croydon Uniting Church.

Breast Cancer Research

Our thanks go to Vicki and Ashley who opened up their homes to family and friends for a Psychic Supper. Vicki raised $340.00 with Ashley’s event adding a further $145.00 both of which have been forwarded to the Metastasis Research Laboratory at Peter Mac.

Australian Animal Protection Society & Fred Hollows Foundation

At the end of the 2012-13 financial year, the Committee of Management donated $175.00 to both of these worthwhile charities.

Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation

As a result of the Afternoon of Clairvoyance held on 20 July which featured Carole Pixton and a number of Fledgling Mediums, $275.00 has been donated to the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation towards a research project into childhood cancers.

Breast Cancer Research and Beyond Blue

Thank you to Joy and Chris for organising a Psychic Supper which was held on 4 May in the delightful Gembrook Tea Rooms.  With 30 people in attendance, the event made a net profit of $560.00 with half the amount going to Beyond Blue to support people suffering with anxiety and depressive disorders. The other half has been donated to the Peter Mac Foundation to go towards breast cancer research. The Head of the Research Project to whom the donation was made, was so delighted to receive it that an invitation has been extended to anyone associated with Journey With Spirit to be shown around the Laboratories where the research is conducted. Anyone who attended Joy and Chris’ event who is interested in accepting the invitation, is asked to contact Hannah on 5906 0225.

Myeloma Foundation

Thanks go to Lorraine who hosted another enjoyable Psychic Supper for family and friends at her Mornington home which raised another $140.00 for the Myeloma Foundation.

Cat Protection Society

Many thanks to Kevin who opened up his beautiful Lysterfield home on 6 July, to hold a Psychic Supper which raised $180.00 and has been donated to the Cat Protection Society.

Myeloma Foundation of Australia

Another successful and fun-filled Psychic Supper was held at the Mornington home of Natasha with family and friends present. The event was held on July 13 and raised $140.00 for the Myeloma Foundation. 

Afternoon in the Hills

What a lovely “Afternoon in the Hills” we had last Sunday in the beautiful garden setting at the Gembrook home of Lynette and Brian Petrie. Following a wonderful guided meditation led by Carole Pixton, we learnt more about Spiritual Healing from Lynette. Then there was lots of discussion about how Spirit works with us to bring “proof of survival” after physical death occurs. The afternoon concluded with a Devonshire Tea during which we sat on the expansive veranda overlooking the garden. From the comments made we know that everyone who attended enjoyed the day and are now more “tuned in” to the work of Spirit.

Breast Cancer Research 

A Psychic Supper was held on 2 March which was hosted by Melissa. The net profit of $215.00 has been forwarded to the Peter Mac Foundation to be passed onto the Metastasis Research Project whose research team is examining how breast cancer cells spread to other tissues in the body with the hope of discovering better treatments.  The donation will be used specifically to purchase an important reagent necessary for the Team’s experiments. 

Movember

Journey With Spirit raised $400.00 at the Psychic Supper which was held at Jodie’s home on 24 November, with a further $215 profit being made at the Afternoon of Clairvoyance held on 1 December, last year. A donation of $615.00 has been made to the Movember Fundraising Project which supports Prostate Cancer Research as well as Men’s Mental Health.
